Our compact, manually- or pneumatic-operated diaphragm valves consist of a flow-optimized stainless steel body, and a sanitary & GMP qualified diaphragm. The diaphragm is both a switch element and a sealing element and can be easily replaced. The valve has no dead volume and can be mounted to be self-draining which enables high flow capacities and a variety of applications. The flow can be continually adjusted (if manual-operated) with the handwheel, making these valves extremely useful in applications such as the food industry, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.

We use this specific size diaphragm valve exclusively throughout our larger scale of bioreactors. Each bioreactor requires about 15 valves. Due to the diaphragm valve's cost, most bioreactor manufacturers use it sparingly and selectively. To achieve the very best performance we use our DV100 diaphragm valve exclusively on all of our bioreactors ranging from 30L to 10,000L. This specific size valve is the most adequate and practical for our wide range of size bioreactors. In view of the strong internal demand for this valve, it is developed and manufactured in-house. Pricing for our DV100 valve is therefore substantially less than identical valves available today, and we are happy to share this cost advantage with you. Please note that this valve is available in only two sizes (1/2" or 12mm) but in different connection and operation types.
