- [OPTIONAL] Semi-automated Steam Sterilization in Place (SIP) using a stainless steel (S/S) cylindrical cover sealed to the S/S jacketed base. Sterilization temperature is controlled with the steam inlet generated from a steam generator such as a small lab autoclave. In general, most lab autoclaves can accommodate 5L bioreactor vessels with heights less than 70 cm.
